Polyneer is a TS16949, ISO9001, and Minority certified designer/manufacturer of elastomeric (rubber) seals and energy absorbing components located in New Bedford, Massachusetts. We help our customers design products for various applications in diverse markets including Automotive, Plumbing, Marine, Appliance, Defense, Electronics, Energy, Consumer and Health Care. Our proprietary Lo-Waste technology allows us to produce products here in the USA at globally competitive prices. We manufacture all ranges of quantities from 1 piece to as high as million pieces annually.

Parts range in size from .125" diameter as large as 6" diameter and include common designs like Orings, grommets, umbrella valve, quad (multi-lobe) seals, and various other custom shapes. Our products are made from all types of elastomers, including high performance Fluorosilicone and various FKM polymers for fuel applications, NSF 61 Nitrile, EPDM, Silicone, and FKM for drinking water applications, EPDMs for Brake applications, and various other elastomers for very specific industry requirements and needs.
