Polyneer understands the value of operating to both TS16949 and ISO9001 and believe the system should encompass the entire company and not run just by a group called "Quality".  The typical Quality Manual name was changed to Quality Business Manual to remind us all that Quality emcompasses the entire business and not just one department.

To again infuse Quality through the business, Functional group managers are responsible for Quality in their functional groups.  They own and report their own metrics that are tied to the business.  During Management review all functional managers (Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Quality) are responsibility for metrics and system compliance in their areas.

As a 10 year old company we have seen that having Quality encompass the entire organization has allowed us grow as a company, create innovative processes to keep us competitive and to better service our customers.  Quality Encompasses our Business.
